You’re probably wondering what THIS whole “June for JESUS” thing is about. Maybe someone did something nice for you and then handed you a card that brought you HERE! Maybe you attended one of the fun events around the city during the month of June and that’s where you picked up a printed card. No matter how you got here, it wasn’t an accident and we’re glad you are here!
We believe in Transparency…
We acknowledge that, like any group, churches can sometimes get a bad rap. Sometimes we deserve it, and sometimes we don’t. However, our aim is clear: to become the church that Jesus envisioned!
In a spirit of unity and collaboration, many pastors, alongside their congregations, from across the Lima/Allen County area have joined hands. Together, we’re on a mission to spread a message of love and hope to our community. June for Jesus isn’t any single event or act of kindness; it’s a movement fueled by compassion. JESUS LOVES YOU, AND SO DO WE!!!

We have included the participating churches along with their addresses and service times on this site. You’re welcome to visit any or ALL of them! Much like families, individual congregations have their own unique personalities, culture, and quirks-and much like families, none are perfect and that’s ok too! It may take a few visits to get to know them but it will be worth it!
